There are sufficient setbacks as may be required by the Board. <br /> In view of the foregoing, the Board determined that the Petitioner met the criteria <br /> for grant of a Written Finding. Upon motion duly made and seconded at the Public <br /> Hearings on October 24, 2012, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously to grant <br /> a Written Finding. The Board also voted unanimously to grant a Special Permit <br /> concerning rebuilding of destroyed or damaged non-conforming structures to allow for <br /> the proposal. Date: August 16, 2012. <br /> • Archi-Tech Associates, Inc. plan entitled: Power Residence 6 Dean's Hollow <br /> Road, Mashpee, Massachusetts 9/05/12. <br /> • Board of Health approval, and subject, but not limited, to the following Board of <br /> Health requirements: <br /> o Proposal is restricted to three bedrooms. <br /> o Petitioner must submit second-floor plans to the Board of Health to verify <br /> number of bedrooms. <br /> o Den or first floor bedroom needs six-foot wide cased opening. <br /> o Board of Health will confirm at time of issuance of building permit; <br /> Petitioner agrees to Board of Health site visit. <br /> • Conservation Commission Order of Conditions. <br /> 3 <br />
