The Board of Selectmen has already given their <br /> approval for this project, directir.g the residents to the <br /> Planning Board. The residents will be appearing before the <br /> Conservation CommIssion. as well . Every attempt will be <br /> made to post the appropriate signage for proper us-a-ge, and <br /> to discourage/prohibit use of all terrain vehicles (ATV) . <br /> Mr. Bonvie informed the Board that the existing fence <br /> would remain on the property with a locking/combination <br /> device,, the code for which every Southport resident will <br /> know for securit-y purposes. <br /> References were then made to a plan entitled, <br /> "Proposed Walking Path over Payamps Road, Southport on Cape <br /> Cod Condominiums, Ma h ee, MA, dated December 7, 2006, by <br /> RIM Engineering"' . <br /> Mr. Bonvie explained -this project is considered to be <br /> a part of the Phase III development and that he i <br /> agreeable to discussion with the Consulting Engineer <br /> regarding the drainage issues. <br /> Ms. Boccui informed the Board that there would be no <br /> need to remove any of the t-rees in this area; and that the <br /> maintenance staff -at Southport would maintain the area in <br /> the future. <br /> The Town Planner clarified that a major portion of the <br /> path is located within Southport property and some portion <br /> is public property with access. <br /> Them being no further Board or Public comment, the <br /> Chairman entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION: Dennis Bal arini made a Lotion for Planning <br /> Board approval of the proposal as presented for the walking <br /> trail; which Motion was duly seconded by John Halachis -and <br /> so voted unanimously. <br /> At this point the Chairman declared a lo-minute <br /> recess.
