Sale or <br /> rental of automobiles, boats and other motor vehicles and accessory storage is allowed in <br /> a C-1 zoning district with issuance of a Special permit from the Zoning Board of <br /> Appeals. <br /> In view of the foregoing, the Board determined that the Petitioner met the criteria <br /> for grant of a Special Permit. Upon motion duly made and seconded, the Zoning Board <br /> of Appeals voted unanimously at the Public Hearings on November 14, 2012 to grant a <br /> Special Permit to allow for the proposal. This Decision is conditioned upon compliance <br /> with the following: <br /> • Inside storage of vehicles is limited to maximum of 6 vehicles at a time. <br /> • Board of Health stipulation that no vehicle repair will be conducted on the <br /> premises. <br /> • Outside storage of vehicles is prohibited. <br /> • Storage of flammables inside the premises is prohibited. <br /> • Cape & Islands Engineering plan entitled: Proposed Site Plan Located in <br /> Mashpee, Mass.
