The variance (V-2012-64) was generously granted to her by the board on <br /> December 12, 2012. Her property is located at 76 Pimlico Pond Road. <br /> We intend to build a modular home on the lot. I have hired engineers Robb Sikes <br /> (Eastbound Land Surveying, Inc.) and Peter McEntee (Engineering Works, Inc.) to <br /> develop the site and septic plans for the property. The attached preliminary plans <br /> require additional changes to ensure we meet all requirements and final details <br /> before submitting the building permit application. We are also waiting for the <br /> stamped blueprints from the architects at Icon Legacy Modular Homes. <br /> I am optimistic that we will have all the requirements ready before the one year <br /> expiration date.
