r. Rowley explained Southport has been trying to <br /> manage the water coming from the maintenance building and <br /> the adjacent golf course. This having been accomplished to <br /> Mr. Rowley' s satisfaction, he suggested a -copy of said plan <br /> be submitted to the Planning Board for the file. <br /> Special Permit <br /> Willowbend Country Club, Inc. <br /> Signature of Special Permit Modification <br /> The Town Planner informed the Board that the appeal <br /> period in this matter is over and requested Board <br /> signature. <br /> The following Board Members signed two 2) copies of <br /> said Modification document : Beverly Kane, Dennis Balarini, <br /> Myrna Huey, Harvey Cohen, and Thomas O' Hara. <br /> Approval Not Requited <br /> Mashpee 130 Shops, Inc. -Corner of Rte. 130 and A h rrmet Road <br /> Submission of Revised Three Lot Plan <br /> The Chairman called this ratter to order and <br /> recognized Richard LaRue,, legis,tered Lard Surveyor in <br /> Massachusetts with Cape Burg. <br /> References were made to a plan of land entitled, <br /> "Plan of Land on lain Street and A humet Road in I ashpee, <br /> A, dated May 18, 2007, by Cape Surv, -Sullivan Engineering, <br /> Inc. , for Ma hpee 130 Shops, Inc. , Owner". <br /> r. LaRue explained the division of a triangular piece <br /> f property located at the intersection of Route 130 and <br /> hu.. et Road into three separate parcels, Lots 1, 2, <br /> and 3 . All three lots -meet the minimum frontage <br /> requirements of the Town of Mashpee zoning bylaws. <br /> r. LaRue then requested the Planning Board sign said <br /> plan as Approval Not required. <br /> TheTown Planner asked about the lot w idth 1 i-ne going <br /> hack 7 -ft. , which had been a concern at the previous <br /> meeting. <br /> Mr. LaRue stated that a portion of the lot line has <br /> been modified in order to comply with the 2 -ft. frontage. <br /> 2 <br />
