This would <br /> be beneficial to the Board -Members, as it would afford them <br /> time to review plans _filed with the .Planning- Department <br /> prior to discussion at the meeting. <br /> Public Hearing <br /> Gail S,. Lopes - 27 Melissa Avenue <br /> Approval of Special Permit to Share Common Driveway <br /> The appointed hour having arrived the Chairman read <br /> the Public Hearing notice into the record and called the <br /> Public Hearing to order. <br /> The Chairman recognized the Applicant, Gail. Lopes, who <br /> informed the Board that the filing is in order and <br /> requested Planning Board approval this evening. <br /> The Town Planner stated that Applicant has provided a <br /> revised set of plans. Mr. Rowley has provided a comment <br /> letter. And that he has prepared a draft Decision. <br /> References were made to a plan of land entitled, "Site <br /> Plan, prepared for Gail & Richard Lopes of Parcels "A" and <br /> .�B.. Melissa Avenue,, Mashpee, MA, by J. E. Landers-Caule , <br /> P. E. , dated 08/10 07". <br /> The Town Planner also informed the Board that he is in <br /> receipt of an e-mail from the Fire Chief, who states that <br /> he made are inspection of the site this date, and that he <br /> was able to make a. "T" turn with the emergency fire <br /> vehicles . The Fire Chief stated his satisfaction in this <br /> regard, and that the surface of the driveway has been <br /> finished with grated stone and that the construction- also <br /> meets with his approval . _ <br /> The Town Planner noted that the draft Decision <br /> reflects all of this information, and refers to the current <br /> a's-built plan that Mr. fowler has indicated is accurate as <br /> to ghat is on the ground. <br /> The approval Conditions relate to approval of the <br /> previous plan, with the exception of #2 which requires a <br /> variance fTom the Zoning Board of Appeals as the house is <br /> located more than 150-ft . away from the paged roadway. <br /> Condition #3 refers to the surface being at least 1 -ft . <br /> and waives a series of subdivision regulations .
