Perry <br /> SP-11-05 <br /> In view of the foregoing, the Zoning Board of Appeals determined that the <br /> Petitioner met the criteria necessary for granting of a Special Permit. Upon motion duly <br /> made and seconded, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously on January 26, 2011 <br /> to grant the Special Permit to allow for construction of the accessory apartment to an <br /> existing dwelling. This Decision is conditioned upon compliance with the following: <br /> • Tenants of the accessory apartment are prohibited from accessing and parking in <br /> the driveway from the Attaquin Street entrance. The Attaquin Street entrance will <br /> be restricted to use by the homeowner of the principal dwelling unit. <br /> • Installation of a fire alarm system which will meet carbon monoxide codes. <br /> • Building Department approval of the second means of egress. <br /> • Down Cape Engineering plan entitled: "Site Plan of Land in Mashpee, MA #6 <br /> Autumn Drive Prepared for Thomas &Deborah Perry Date 1-22-2011". <br /> 3 <br />
