West. <br />Date: January 22, 2011 <br />To The Board - <br />Though I an not a resident of Mashpee, I dirt serve as Conservation Agent for the Town <br />for seventeen yeas, retiring to my current home in Lake Arrowhead, CA in 1005. During <br />illy years in Mashpee, I developed a love for Mashpee, its residents and its natural <br />beauty, which extends to this day. I still follow Mashpee issues to the best of my ability. <br />I am writing to urge you to vote ill favor of this Habitat for Humanity project on <br />Monomoscoy Island. I have reviewed the plans and spoken with the current Health Agent <br />and Conservation Agent. They have told me that the project is in compliance with all <br />applicable regulations and standards.' The design of the project thus having met the <br />standards that protect public health and environmental values, it should be father noted <br />that its completion would serve genuine and much needed humanitarian values. <br />I commend the Wests for fostering the project and world hope that the BOA looks <br />favorably upon it. <br />Bob Sherman <br />To whom it may concern, <br />I have known John West and his wife Cindy for- the past several years, primarily for his <br />strong commitment and participation ill the Mashpee Water Quality Test Team which <br />• conducts volunteer Water Quality Testing under the guidance of the University of <br />Massachusetts School of Marine and Science Technology. SMAST is under contract <br />with the Town of Mashpee (in partnership with the Wampanoag Indian Tribe) to conduct <br />
