MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
February 9, 2011
Minutcs
• Attorney Rob Finnegan who represents the immediate abutters, Mr. and Mrs. Steven
Hynds, clarified his letter. He said that he meant no disrespect and was not implying that
there was any impropriety or absence of appropriate notice. Attorney Finnegan said that
it appears that the Selectmen are under the impression that there is no opposition to this
proposal.
