MASBPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
February 9, 2011
Minutes
• FinneganhiWashpee ZBA letter
re: 24 Russell Road
dated: February S, 2011
shadow over this entire matter.
To provide the concerned taxpayers the opportunity to be heard so that all opinions and
perspectives can be contemplated and considered, we respectively request that the Board
continue the public hearing past the opening date of February 9, 2011. For as the Board is
acutely aware, this type of comprehensive review will insure that each and every potential issue
is identified and reviewed prior to rending a final decision. Examples of these issues include;
without limitation:
1. the possible impact of recent changes made to Title 5 to provide sufficient protection to
the fragile eco system of this area and, if appropriate, to impose conditions upon the
approval of this project so as to insure that the level of monitoring and protection
provided to the environment is no less than that imposed upon the abutters;
2. the opportunity to clarify the role of CDC funds in this project with all concerned
taxpayers present;
3. re any public safety concerns; and
the opportunity to explo
04. the opportunity to insure that any and all plans are sufficient such that all necessary
building pennit(s) can issue.
It is our hope that with the opportunity for taxpayer input coupled with the allocation of
the time necessary to complete a comprehensive review will insure a fair and just outcome to this
matter.
Should you have any questions regarding this matter, please do not hesitate to contact me
at (6I7) 201-9331 or via e-mail at rfuxbO).verizon.net.
russe140b I. hr
Sinceiely,
t
Robert Finnegan
