<br />to be resolved before the question of subdividing that parcel could even begin to
<br />be considered.
<br />Given these concerns, it is unlikely that any single document submitted at the
<br />1111' hour or, indeed, anything short of the submission of new plans as approved by the
<br />Laud Court will fidly address -these concerns as articulated by the Board and others.
<br />Under these circumstances, it is our hope that the Board will once again
<br />continue this matter to permit all interested parties the time needed to fully review the
<br />latest document submitted by the Petitioner earlier today.
