Town of Mashpee <br /> Planning Board <br /> Minutes- of Meeting <br /> October 1 , 2006 <br /> The Town of Mashpee Planning Board Meeting was called <br /> to order in Conference Room 1, Mashpee Town Hall, 16 Great <br /> Neck Road North, Mashpee, Massachusetts at 7 : 00 p.m. on <br /> Wednesday, October 18, 2006. <br /> Planning Board Members present : Dennis Balarini, <br /> Nice-Chairman; Harvey Cohen, Associate Member; Lee Gurne.Y. <br /> Clerk; John Halaohis; Beverly Kane, Chairman; and Myrna <br /> Nuey. <br /> Also present : F. Thomas Fudala, Town Planner; and <br /> Thomas Mayo, As-si°start Town Planner. <br /> A quorum being present the Chairman called the Meeting <br /> to order. As the first order of business she addressed the <br /> matter of Minutes . <br /> Approval of Minutes <br /> May 1 , 2006 <br /> MOTION: Dennis Bal arini made a Motion to approve the <br /> Minute of the May 17, 2006 Meeting as submitted; which <br /> Motion was duly seconded by Lee Gurney and so voted <br /> unanimously. <br /> Board Discussion <br /> There was brief discussion regarding the <br /> McShane/KenMark project . The Town Planner explained that <br /> the Site Plan signed by the Planning Board and the Building <br /> Plan signed by the Board do not agree. The developer has <br /> constructed the building, not the Site Plan. The project <br /> is still before the Design Review Committee, more detailed <br /> plans have been requested. The issue has -not yet been <br /> satisfactorily resolved. <br /> Public Hearing <br /> Stratford Ponds Condominium Association <br /> Modification of the Special Permit <br /> 1 <br />
