MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OFAPPEALS <br /> Owner of record: Margaret A. Johnson, Trustee <br /> Petitioner: Kenneth E.Norcross <br /> 47 Godfrey Road <br /> Mashpee, MA 02649 <br /> V-2011-30 <br /> 2. that the proposed upgrade and installation of a new Title V septic system on the <br /> subject property will be an improvement to the neighborhood, therefore, desirable <br /> relief may be granted without substantial detriment to the public good and without <br /> nullifying or substantially derogating from the intent or purpose of such ordinance <br /> or By-law. <br /> In view of the foregoing, the Board determined that the Petitioner met the criteria <br /> for grant of a Variance. Upon motion duly made and seconded, the Zoning Board of <br /> Appeals voted unanimously at the Public Hearings on July 27, 2011 to grant a Variance <br /> of 2.7% from the lot coverage requirements to allow for installation of a pool on the <br /> subject property. This Decision is conditioned upon compliance with the following: <br /> • installation of the proposed fence on the easterly side shall consist of black <br /> aluminum rail fencing. <br /> • installation of the proposed fence on the southerly and westerly sides shall consist <br /> of black chain link fencing. <br /> • Warwick & Associates, Inc. plan entitled: "Site Plan Proposed Pool for 47 <br /> Godfrey Road, Mashpee, Mass.
