Preliminary plan filed Oct. 17, 2001, <br /> approved Nov. +7, 200 1. <br /> The Board opened the public hearing. Eric Smith informed the Board that the Planning Dept. <br /> received a faxed letter from Chris Costa,thi.s afternoon, requesting the public hearing be <br /> continued. <br /> A member of the public asked why the applicant was not-present? Martine explained the Board <br /> does not know, all they have is the request from Mr. Costa. <br /> *' Dennismade a motion to continue the public hearing to May 1 at 7: o p.m. Beverly <br /> seconded the motion. All members were in favor -o**. <br /> Eric told the.members the Board of Health had some concerns about the drainage. They will <br /> review the comments at the public hearing. <br /> member of the public asked if the plan has already been approved? <br /> Dennis explained the subdivision plan was filed and this public hearing was scheduled; the plan <br /> has not been approved. <br /> Why is there a letter from the Planning Board stating the plan has been approved with the <br /> following conditions? <br /> -Eric added that this application went through the preliminary plan process and the preliminary <br /> plan was approved. <br /> Martffie explained that without the applicant present, the Board should not be discussing this Plan. <br /> The public can direct any questions to the Planning office and attend the public hearing on May I <br /> at : o. .._ <br /> rl of Minutes <br /> ** Dennis node a motion to approve the April 3,2002minutes as written.
