The Chairman, Beverly Dane, presided. <br /> Board members- present: Dennis B l arini, vice Chairman; <br /> ; <br /> Steve Dolan, Clerk; Beverly Kane, Chairman; Don hers : 1 <br /> p.m. ) ; and Richard Terry 7: 1 .m. <br /> Also present: Thomas Fudala, Town Planner; and Eric Smith, <br /> Assistant Town Planner. <br /> quorum being present the Chairman called the Meeting to <br /> order-. As the first order of business she opened the Public <br /> Hearing. <br /> Public Hearing <br /> Willowbend Development Corporation - Definitive Subdivision Plan <br /> The Town Planner reported Applicant has requested this <br /> matter be continued as filing has not yet been made with the <br /> Board of Health. <br /> QTION Dennis Bal arini made a Motion to continue the <br /> Public Hearing-Will o bend Development Corporation Definitive <br /> Subdivision Plan to September 4. 2002 at 7 : o p.m. ; which Motion <br /> was seconded by Steve Dolan and so voted unanimously. <br /> Discussion <br /> windchime Point Development Corporation - Phase III <br /> The Town Planner reported Mr. Bornstein is attempting t <br /> purchase Development Rights, and has requested a continuance to <br /> September 41 2002 . <br /> The Chairman suggested that when this matter nest appears <br /> before the Board, all legal matters be in proper order. <br /> D e f i ni ire Plan <br /> Pawl J. Thomas - Christopher Costa <br /> The Town Planner reported the plan has been approved, the <br /> twenty-day appeal period has expired, the Ton Clerk has verified <br /> there has been no appeal . <br /> Sheet - - of one of the plans is missing, and the plan disc <br /> has not fret been received. <br />
