An article submitted by the Planning Board replacing Subsection 1+74- . .(4) with <br /> corrected text, in order to fix are error in the existing Zoning -law by providing the correct <br /> reference to the Table of Use Regulations section for Adult Entertainment [uses, which i <br /> 1 7 - E. l 1). The letter E had been left out. <br /> . An article-submitted by the Planning Board adding a definition of the term "Applicant" to <br /> the definitions listed in Section 1 - . <br /> . An article submitted by the Planning Board amending Subsection 1 - .C. regarding <br /> allowed freestanding signs to indicate that it applies to commercial as well as industrial <br /> zoning districts and to correct certain typographical errors.. <br /> . An article submitted by the Planning Board which would reduce the number of copies of <br /> special permit application materials required to be filed it.h the Planning Board. <br /> 5. An article submitted by p tition which would expand the boundaries of the C-2 Commercial <br /> District, which allows most retail and office uses, to the portion of Map 54, Block 5 on <br /> which the former Augat building and its parking area are located. The land is currently <br /> zoned I-1 Industrial and is also included in the I-C Overlay Zone, which allows certain tow- <br /> impact retail uses generating less than Soo vehicle trips per day per acre. <br /> . An article submitted by petition which would convert two existing C-2 commercial districts <br /> to new - "Limited Commercial"' di t cts intended to allow commercial uses which would <br /> have less impact than development currently allowed in C-2 districts.
