Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on August 26, and September <br /> 2, 2011, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> Public Hearings were held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> September 14, 2011. The following members of the Board were present and acting <br /> throughout: Board Members Robert G. Nelson, Jonathan D. Furbush, William A. <br /> Blaisdell, James Reiffarth and Ronald S. Bonvie. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A §9 and the Town of Mashpee <br /> Zoning By-laws. <br /> Attorney Kevin M. Kirrane, together with Engineer Matthew Eddy of Baxter-Nye <br /> Engineering and Surveying/Construction Supervisor Joao Junqueira of Capewide <br /> Enterprises, LLC, represented the Petitioner. Ms. Kathleen M. Franey, Vice President of <br /> the company, attended the meeting along with her parents, Robert and Dorothy Franey. <br /> The Petitioner recently signed a Purchase and Sale Agreement on the property. <br /> Plans call for construction of a 5,700 square-foot wood frame building with shingles and <br /> clapboard. Corporate offices and a medical laboratory will be located in the front of the <br /> building; a warehouse with a loading dock will be located to the rear of the building. <br /> Twenty-two parking spaces will be provided. With proposed lot coverage at <br /> approximately 8%, the project meets the land space and setback requirements. Attorney <br /> Kirrane said that this new location will allow the Company to continue to expand and <br /> more efficiently provide services to its clientele, which consists largely of physicians, the <br /> Courts and corporate employers. <br />
