The lot area of Lot 4 that I calculated is slightly larger than the amount shown on <br /> the plan so I concur with the Mashpee Planning Department's comment. <br /> 2. The preliminary drainage design does not follow the requirements set forth in the <br /> zoning by-law in terms of the use of best management practices. <br /> 3. A curb cut will be required from Mass Highway for the entrance onto Route 28. <br /> Curb radii as shown will not conform with the general standards of the <br /> department. Any change required by them may result in a different configuration <br /> on the plan in that area.
