Upon motion duty <br /> made and seconded, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously on July 11, 2007 to <br /> grant a tandspace variance of 60,000 square feet and a frontage variance of 50 feet to <br /> deem lot buildable. Variance is conditioned subdivision plan submitted to Board and <br /> dated November 29, 1966. <br />
