Torn Fudala - Town Planner, ,Vella Stevens - Board secretary <br /> Meeting called to order at :10 p-mr <br /> Wind chime alkthrough, Saturday February <br /> l . <br /> Torn Fudala brought,up landscaping concerns. Beverly mentioned Charlie's comments - <br /> regarding as-built severer lines that need to be completely done before proceeding. <br /> Arne Ojala distributed final plans which reflect severer lines. Dennis pointed out-that some of the <br /> leeching pit symbols seemed to reflect as-built . There was lengthy Board review of plans. Arnie <br /> said that Charlie saw and approved all drainage calcullations. Torn Fudala provided a fax that <br /> Charlie sent in this regard. Matt'said that Charlie's letter reiterated the recommendations,of the <br /> call -through. <br /> Dennis expressed a concern that there is a long stretch of area without a catch basin. Arnie <br /> explained that the grading was raised and that grater does not run in that direction. <br /> Beverly mentioned a gas line in area 37 that seemed to be looping out into open space area. <br /> She asked if it could be moved. Tarr Fudala suggested getting an easement with the town to <br /> accommodate the gas line. <br /> Attorney for residents said there was an issue with deeding the property because it did not <br /> belong to I indchime, rather it belonged to the trustees. The attorney said she anticipated <br /> problems with the unit owners voting to deed the property. Beverly said she wanted to see <br /> something in writing from Mr. Bornstein regarding how he will resolve this. Mr. Bornstein <br /> responded that with a hundred ,more units to sell, he can make sure that there is a majority vote <br /> to deed the land. <br /> Matt asked the Board if they could issue a certificate of compliance, seeing as most of the <br /> compliant issues are seasonal. It was agreed that Torn Fudala would draft a certificate of <br /> compliance for the development of Phase I to be signed. <br /> Motion by Beverly to have Torn draft a certificate of compliance with the following conditions: <br /> that loarning and seeding be dome and that the panting areas between 36 & 37-are completed <br /> before permits are Olssued for any more than 24 units. Secdd by Dennis, carried <br /> unanimously. <br /> Mothm by Beverly that conveyance of deed be provided:by Mr. Bornstein by May 15', pursuant <br /> to special permit conditions. <br /> Phase II Plans were distributed by Ame Ojala. Dennis inquired as to what the charges were in <br /> the plans. Arnie explained that they will hold off on building 14 because of a total square footage. <br />
