Tour Fudala mentioned the <br /> driveway and road that will be relocated; he said there is no engineering pla�n..for the <br /> road con igi,ration. Chris costa, Engineer, presents the plans. He explains that he <br /> lengthened drainage easements a bit. Charlie granted to know what side slope looked <br /> like. Chris explained. He showed a cross section and hover it affects drainage scale. <br /> other items noted by Chris; changed name on all plans to CSC Group. Drainage <br /> calculations that were submitted to Charlie now include swr les plus underground <br /> drainage. Ground elevation was defined. Charlie went over the plans. He still has <br /> concerns about drainage-calculations and needs to talk to Chris about this. He also <br /> made note of monuments; Chris pointed these locations on plans. Charlie mentioned <br /> maintenance on driveway that goes out to Lowell Road. There is some discussion <br /> regarding who is responsible for maintaining the Toad. Tone brought up the issue of <br /> easement road access and a % elope on intersection. Charlie noted that there is more. <br /> than Soo feet between catch basins and that they need to add more catch basins. <br /> Attorney Dagle inquired whether they could get special permit conditions for the next <br /> meeting. Torn said that they still need some program for storm water manager ent. He <br /> brought up the possibility of an ongoing-monitoring program. He said he may errant to <br /> require some monitoring to town wells, i.e. annual testing., etc. Tour again mentioned <br /> the condition of the driveway. He said that the issue of easement mould have to be <br /> worked out with the owner. <br /> Chris presented new plans for explanation and discussion.. Charlie pointed out that he <br /> doesn't think 12 feet is vide enough for an island. Some discussion follows. Tour asked <br /> Chris if he was familiar with where the water district is putting in limes. Chris said he was <br /> aware of the locations. Dennis expressed concern about the % slope. He is concerned <br /> where wester,will be caught. Torn points out on driveway where temporary dirt road is. <br /> Charlie expressed concern.about water drainage at the intersection at Lowell Road. He <br /> thinks that it will plug up the surface and that the water needs a plane to run off. He <br /> suggested taking a look at lower basins on Lowell load; check locations; deep cut for <br /> drainage should be modified. He.-asked to get together with Chris to go over this. <br /> r <br />
