Kevin Kirrane, representing the applicant, did not have time t <br /> go over this letter with Charlie; further, the information did not get to Ritchie <br /> Ferrara, who will also have to review it. Torn said that there are still issues that <br /> have to be addressed. Some discussion ensued regarding storm water drainage <br /> and the need to stick to by-laws. Charlie explained about feasible alternatives <br /> such as foregoing catch basins altogether and using only swals. <br /> Motion by Martine to continue until May 2"d at 7 p.m. Seconded by Dennis, <br /> carried unanimously. <br /> Li nosk Trust; ANR Plan Map 104 Bloch <br /> Dave Sanicki presented plans and explained that all buildings have required frontage. <br /> All filing paperwork,, including security was presented. Plans signed by Matt !Malone. <br /> Zoning Articles for May 7 th Town Meeting <br /> Public Tearing opened regarding Zoning Articles. + <br /> Article 2 ;the adoption of protective zoning regulations-for Zone 2 of Mash pee Water <br /> District. There was a brief discussion of the article with general agreement t <br /> recommend approval. <br /> Motion by !!Martine to recommend approval of Article 29. Seconded by Dennis; <br /> carried unanimously. <br /> Article 1 change zoning from 1-1 to C-2. Torn Fudala did not recommend this. <br /> change, saying that do so would generate too much traffic. Matt Malone said that <br /> he did not want to see a C-2 island created in the middle of an industrial area. <br /> Motion by Beverly not to recommend approval of Article 41. Seconded by <br /> Dennis; carried unanimously. <br />
