dw Maspee Planning Board Minutes May 2, 2001 Members Present: Matt Malone, Beverly Dane, Dennis Balzarini, Martine Meijerin t Steve D lan Also Present: Tom Fudala; Torn Manner, Charles Rowley; Consuftin Engineer, Nella Stevens; Board Secretary Park Avenue Fealty Trust Hart or-Homes . Motion by Dennis to continue until 8 p.m., since applicant not present. Seconded by Martine; carried unanimously. Roy Fa erber , conaumet Highlands Subdivision; Release of Covenant Nutt asked if Foy had addressed the issues in Charlie's letter. Roy said that as of yet, he had not, but intended to. He asked e the Board if they would set security dollar amount so he could go forward with building. Torn said that the biggest issue is the catch basin. Charlie said there needed to be a determination made about-the enact location and condition of the catch basin. Charlie said that he had not been out to the site yet and that he would need an updated list with cost of all items before he could suggest and amount. This . ended the discussion. cse Group Nominee Trust- Lowell Road Chris Costa presented plans for approval. Tom added that these plans should include the new road names, as well as the name of the subdivision. Attorney Peter Cagle said he got a chance to review the information that Torn sent over. Torn began to read through the draft special permit. Discussion included the following items: Easements that were created by the town for well grater monitoring were pointed out on plans. Torte said that it was necessary to see-the easement clearly on the plans and that the easement needed to be recorded. Open space to be deeded to the town of Mashpee; there was a particular piece of road that was of concern. Lengthy discussion on this. Fire department will get keys to the gate of the street named Lathan Andrew Circle.
