Motion by Dennis to continue until 8 p.m., since applicant not present. <br /> Seconded by Martine; carried unanimously. <br /> Roy Fa erber , conaumet Highlands Subdivision; Release of Covenant <br /> Nutt asked if Foy had addressed the issues in Charlie's letter. Roy said that as of <br /> yet, he had not, but intended to. He asked e the Board if they would set security <br /> dollar amount so he could go forward with building. Torn said that the biggest <br /> issue is the catch basin. Charlie said there needed to be a determination made <br /> about-the enact location and condition of the catch basin. <br /> Charlie said that he had not been out to the site yet and that he would need an <br /> updated list with cost of all items before he could suggest and amount. This <br /> . ended the discussion. <br /> cse Group Nominee Trust- Lowell Road <br /> Chris Costa presented plans for approval. Tom added that these plans should <br /> include the new road names, as well as the name of the subdivision. Attorney <br /> Peter Cagle said he got a chance to review the information that Torn sent over. <br /> Torn began to read through the draft special permit. Discussion included the <br /> following items: <br /> Easements that were created by the town for well grater monitoring were pointed <br /> out on plans. Torte said that it was necessary to see-the easement clearly on the <br /> plans and that the easement needed to be recorded. <br /> Open space to be deeded to the town of Mashpee; there was a particular piece <br /> of road that was of concern. Lengthy discussion on this. <br /> Fire department will get keys to the gate of the street named Lathan Andrew <br /> Circle. <br />
