Apparently, she explained, <br /> Diane Burritos from the Conservation Committee wanted the Planning Board to write <br /> another letter in which-we are more specific about the details regarding our <br /> recommendation. Additionally, Martha Trombley also requested the sarne-thin' . Jim <br /> Dorgan asked hover quickly are they looking for a letter. Beverly said the letter would <br /> have to be submitted by August 21 t. <br /> _ Beverly said that new plans have.drastically changed since the original letter of <br /> recommendation went out. Torn asked if what they are proposing is in legal <br /> conformance with MEPA. He said that the special permit has not been modified since <br /> 1984 and that this,concerns him. Additionally, deed restriction has been mod ified <br /> leaving big legal questions. Rick Terry wanted to know ghat the issue with the Cape <br /> Cod Commission was. Torn explained that they wanted to know if this matter is in <br /> conformance with the special permit. if it is not, then the Commission-gill take over <br /> jurisdiction as DRI.
