As the first t <br /> g e rst order of business he called. the <br /> matter of <br /> .- <br /> Public Hearing <br /> z; wi l l owbend Development corporation <br /> Approval of Definitive Plan-Modification of Special Permit <br /> `�:7'r• � tr <br /> NOTE- The Chairman informed Applicant that Special Permit <br /> matters require a four (4) member positive vote for actiono h <br /> determined Discussion in this matter could continue; although <br /> there would be no vote taken. <br /> f <br /> The chairman recognized Attorney McElhinney who informed the <br /> l Board that Plans have recently been forwarded to the Consulting <br /> `s Engineer for review; Fencing information has been included on the �ll <br /> Plan; Quippish Road has been connected to the cul-de-sac for the <br /> purpose of accommodating construction traffic. <br /> Attorney McElhinney further stated the requirement for use <br /> of slow-release fertilizer has been incorporated into the <br /> condominium documents; and that all of the units in the area <br /> under <br /> discussion are to be connected to the sewerage treatment <br /> q; plant prior to occupancy. 1P <br /> �' ' with regard to the previously approved ANR Plan, Attorney <br /> � U+ <br /> tt`'a McElhinney reported the issue of frontage has been resolved. <br /> `t�r The Town Planner stated he is not necessaril.y in agreement with <br /> } the Building Inspector' s opinion that the lots are buildable. �a <br /> Attorney McElhinney made a request for signature of said ANR <br /> Plan. <br /> In response to Attorney McElhinney s inquiry, Mr. Rowley <br /> �1 f <br />
