Town of Mashpee <br /> Planning Board <br /> Minutes of Meeting, <br /> April 1 , 200 <br /> The Town of Mashpee PlanningBoard Meeting i was called to order in Conference <br /> Room 1,, Mashpee Town Hall, 16 Great Neck Road North, I lashpee, Massachusetts at <br /> : o p.m. on Wednesday, April 16, 2008. The Chairman, Beverly Kane, presided. <br /> Planning Board Members present: Dennis l al arini, Vice-Chairman; Beverly <br /> Kane,, Chairman; Joseph Mullin; and Thomas O'Hara. <br /> Also present: Thomas Mayo, CIS Coordinator; Charles Rowley, Consulting, <br /> Engineer. <br /> Absent: F. Thomas Fudala, Town Planner. <br /> A quorum being present the Chairman called the Meeting to order and addressed <br /> the first order ofbusiness. <br /> Approval of Minutes <br /> February 20, 20 <br /> MOTION: Dennis 1 alzarini made a Motion to approve the Minutes of the <br /> February 20, 2008 Planning Board Meeting submitted; which Motion was duly <br /> seconded by Thomas O'Hara and so voted unanimously. <br /> Release of Performance Guarantee <br /> Prime Properti s <br /> Mr. Rowley informed the Board that he has been contacted by John Ellis, Baxter <br /> Nye, with reference to this matter. They have not been able to find any evidence in <br /> their records indicating that the bounds have,been set. <br /> Mr. Rowley stated that he was-never contacted to look for the bounds. H <br /> suggested the Board contact lien 1larstors, Prime Properties, to inform him that there is <br /> no evidence to verify that hounds have been set and suggest that he contact Baxter&Nye <br /> in order to work out a resolution. <br /> Public Nearing <br /> Scott Bauer-8 Blue Castle Drive <br /> Approval Definitive Subdivision Plan -Dots <br /> The appointed hour having arrived the Chairman read the Public Hearing notice <br /> into the record and called,the Public Hearing to order. <br /> 1 <br />
