Thomas Fudala, Town - ',; <br /> Planner. <br /> 'r <br /> Also present.- Eric Twarog, Assistant Town Planner; and !# �;Ma <br /> Charles Rowley, Consulting Engineer (6:43 p.m. ) . <br /> is <br /> W <br /> (There was informal discussion regarding the status of the <br /> Coastal Resources Element of the Town of Mashpee Comprehensive <br /> Plan-allowance for a one <br /> hundred year sea level rise. <br /> order <br /> A quorum being present, the Chairman called the Meeting to Now <br /> . <br /> ...Ali <br /> Definitive Plan <br /> John Drew/Baxter & Nye-'hest Side Of Great Neck Road South <br /> Submission of Four (4) Lot Definitive Plan <br /> The Chairman recognized Mr. Richard Baxter, of Baxter & Nye, <br /> and asked him to recap this matter. <br /> lip <br /> fl <br /> Mr. Baxter stated the Plans have been submitted. in <br /> preparation for a Public Hearing on July 1, 1998, for the John <br /> Drew/ot i•s parcels on Route 28 and Great Neck Road. He further n 'it <br /> lisp <br /> stated the main reason for submission as a subdivision, not an <br /> Approval Not Required, is that the two (2) lots on Route 28 e r �_'arein the Industrial Zone, and two (2) lots on Great Neck Road are In the Residential Zone. The problem being that the a <br /> sXisting on Route fronts the R g <br /> 2 8 lots aloes not comply with the six <br /> hundred (6 0 0 ft. ) foot, required frontage for lots only fronting on <br /> Route 28 or Route 151. The Plan had to be filed as a 4 <br /> subdivision, with a request for waiver of the Six hundred 600 44 P. <br /> ft. } foot required frontage. <br /> Mr. Baxter stated that all of the abutters will be notified <br /> Of the Public Hearing scheduled for July 1, 19 9 8 for their <br /> input. <br /> r '• <br /> The Chairman inquired as to the zoning Line and referee <br /> were � g' references <br /> s <br /> made to the Plan. ;{ <br /> f low <br /> „i �:ilk <br />
