The vice Chairman, John Kuchinski, presided. <br /> Planning Board Members present: John Kuchinski vice <br /> Chairman; Chance Reichel, Clerk; Dennis Balzarini; Fames Dorgan f <br /> (7 : 03 p.m. ) ; and Scott Mitchell, Associate Member. <br /> Absent: Patrick Coffey, Chairman. <br /> Also re n <br /> p <br /> se t. F. Thomas Fudala, Town Planner (7: 05 p.m. ) ; <br /> Eric Twarog, Assistant Town Planner; and Charles Rowley, E <br /> Consulting Engineer. <br /> A quorum being present, the vice Chairman called the Meeting <br /> to order. As the first order of business he called the matter <br /> of: <br /> r <br /> Approval Not Required Plan <br /> Richard Sargent-Down Cape Engineering <br /> Ta f f ra i 1 Way-Signature of 2-Lot ANR Plan � <br /> Plan entitled, "Subdivision Plan of Land in Mashpee. { <br /> prepared for Richard Sargent, Revised Date: October 19, 1998, <br /> NOTE: To be filed in the Land Court" was presented to the Board <br /> by Sarah Ojala• Said Plans having been reproduced to regulation <br /> size 24 x 36, as requested by the Board, The Town Planner f ; <br /> verified all required paperwork had been properly filed. { <br /> Copies of said Plan were dated and signed by John Kuchinski, <br /> Nice Chairman.
