I <br /> Town of Mashpee E <br /> Planning Board <br /> Minutes of Meeting <br /> 4 <br /> l <br /> November 18, 1998 <br /> The Town of Mashpee Planning Board Meeting was called to <br /> order in Conference Room #1, Mashpee Town Hall, 15 Great Neck <br /> Road North, Mashpee, Massachusetts at 7: 05 p.m. on Wednesday. , <br /> November 18, 1998. The vice Chairman, John Kuchinski, presided. <br /> Planning Board Members present: John Kuchinski, vice <br /> R <br /> Chairman; Chance Reichel, Clerk; James Dorgan; and Scott <br /> Mitchell, Associate Member. <br /> Absent: Patrick Coffey, Chairman; and Dennis Balzarini. { <br /> lit <br /> Also present: F. Thomas Fudala, Town Planner; Eric Twarog, <br /> Assistant Town Planner; and Charles Rowley, Consulting Engineer. <br /> A quorum being present, the vice Chairman called the Meeting <br /> to order. As the first order of business he called the matter <br /> r <br /> of: <br /> Approval Not Required Plan <br /> Dr. Malcolm MacDonald.--Back Road, Assessors Map 42, Block 24 <br /> Signature-3--Lot ANR Plan <br /> The Town Planner informed the Board that the Town has voted <br /> to purchase the property in question. As part of negotiations, <br /> Dr. MacDonald has requested that he be allowed to maintain <br /> ownership of a small section of the property, an unbuild.able r <br /> piece of land-an acre within a two-acre zone, being attached to <br /> adjacent land. <br /> The Town Planner also informed the Board that Applicant <br /> has requested a waiver of the filing fee (a minimum of $100 . 00) ., <br /> 4l <br /> r. <br /> Applicant ' s representative, his son, presented an ANR Plan <br /> entitled "Plan of Land in Mashpee, MA, Prepared for MacDonald <br /> Land Trust, By Canal Land Surveying, 309 old Plymouth Road, <br /> Buzzards Bay, MA, Dated October 19, 1998; Assessors Map 42, <br /> Parcel 24" . <br /> There was discussion as references were being made to they, <br /> plan. <br /> The Town Planner stated the property consists of one large <br /> lot divided by Back Road (which has never been legally divided, <br /> Back Road, is not considered to be the subdivision road) He then <br /> made reference to Lot 1 (south of Back Road) , Lot 2 which the ° <br /> Town is purchasing, and Lot 3 . References were made to Hollow <br /> Road, the treatment plant, and insufficient frontage of Lot 3 . i <br /> I - <br /> li <br />
