The Clerk, John Kuchinski, presided. <br /> Planning Board Members present: John Kuchinski, Clerk; <br /> Chance Reichel; and James Dorgan. <br /> Absent : Patrick Coffey, Chairman; Dennis Balzarini, vice <br /> Chairman; and Scott Mitchell, Associate Member. <br /> Also present: F. Thomas Fudala, Town Planner; and Charles « ., �:•• <br /> Rowley, Consulting Engineer (7: 05 p.m. ) . "Y <br /> A quorum being present, Mr. Kuchinski called the Meeting to <br /> order. <br /> PMh <br /> Discussion-George Thompson/Jonathan Fitch <br /> Three Ponds Subdivision-Field Revision to Profile of Cove Road <br /> As the first order of business, Mr. Kuchinski recognized Mr. <br /> Fitch, who made reference to a map entitled, "Topographic Plan <br /> Sheet 1 of 3 to accompany Three Ponds Subdivision, for George <br /> Thompson, showing the realignment of Pimlico Pond Road. oil <br /> Mr. Fitch informed the Board that Applicant wishes to <br /> reconstruct Cove Road, based upon a separate Plan entitled, ¢rPP <br /> Plan and Profile, Cove Road, Mashpee, MA, for Three Ponds <br /> Subdivision, dated November 27, 1992 . <br /> Mr. Fitch pointed out a conflict between the two Plans. He <br /> f <br /> stated Greg Taylor had overseen construction of the revised <br /> intersection. Mr. Fitch explained the Profile requires a severe <br /> cut, contrary to what has been done by Mr. Taylor. " <br /> p <br /> Mr. Fitch stated Applicant has sought out the advice of Mr. air <br /> Taylor at this point, who stated the utilities have been <br /> installed based upon the contours he used, <br /> r � <br /> Mr. Fitch requested a reconciliation between the two plans rs . <br /> be made by the Planning Board.
