Sum ' <br /> of the articles are as ftol lows : <br /> maries <br /> C <br /> 1 . An amendment to the Groundwater Protection District bylaw y and map <br /> which deletes the district described by Subsection 174-79- B. (7 <br /> ' - an area roughly � - Landing }'o gh l y bounded by Job' s Fishing i ng Road , Timber Road <br /> f River Road , Great Neck Road South , the eastern portion of the <br /> Holland Mill Estates and Highlands subdivisions , Route 28 <br /> Deer <br /> Crossing , Whitings Road and Route 151 . <br /> 2. An amendment to the Groundwater Protection Distric <br /> t bylaw and rnap <br /> which adjusts the boundary of the district described by Subsection <br /> 174-79. B. (2) by deleting an area adjacent to Otis Air National Gua <br /> rd <br /> Base and adding an area bounded b <br /> . y Route 130Ma shpee Pond , the <br /> northern property line of the parcel shown on the Mashpee Assessors' <br /> Maps as Map 13, Block 7 and the southern I ine of Map 20 , , Block 48, <br /> 3 . An amendment to the Groundwater Protection District bylaw which <br /> defines "Z ;� y �� <br /> one II recharge areas , 2} clarifies how impervious <br /> surface coverage limits apply to O. S. I . D. projects and cluster <br /> subdivisions , 3 ) restricts the application of the ' <br /> pA e provisions of <br /> Subsections 174-81 A, B, C, L and N to delineated Zone II e <br /> areas only and 4) eliminates recharge <br /> the requirement far a Board of Appeals <br /> special permit for those uses specified in Section 174-82 when the <br /> site is not within a delineated Zone II recharge area . <br /> 4.
