There was Board discussion regarding the establishment <br /> E of fees, inspection points, fees based upon an hourly basis, <br /> 1 multiple drainage inspections, ongoing projects, consulting <br /> E engineer' s Field and Board time, as well as Staff time involved. <br /> The Chairman suggested devising a method of identifying <br /> actual costs involved in order to determine accurate fees for <br /> the Mashpee Community. Chapters 4 8--A and 41, <br /> Mashpee Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, <br /> February 5, 1997, at the Senior Center to consider a Special <br /> << Permit and Definitive Subdivision Plan Application by old Colony <br /> Estates to develop a twenty-eight (28) Lot cluster subdivision <br /> known as Quashnet woods on Route 28, opposite Madaket Place on <br /> approximately 28 . 6 acres identified on the Mashpee Assessors' <br /> Maps as Map 81 -- Block 91 and Map 88 - Block 90 . Plans are on <br /> file with, the Town Clerk and Planner' s Offices. " <br /> The Chairman recognized Mr. McGrath, who identified himself <br /> a for the Record as Michael McGrath registered professional <br /> , a re g <br /> 3 <br /> engineer, a registered professional land surveyor and President <br /> ' of Holmes & McGrath, Inc. Mr. McGrath introduced Joe Breen, old <br /> Colony Estates and his Attorney, Brian Wall . <br /> Mr. McGrath stated the parcel location to be on the Western <br /> side of Route 28 and indicated the location of Industrial Drive <br /> on a Map entitled, Quashnet Woods. He informed Board Members of <br /> a former project called Quashnet Woods consisting of forty-one <br /> , (41) acres, which original permits have lapsed. The only way to <br /> proceed is to divide the project into single-family dwellings. <br /> Applicant has applied for an exception for cluster development <br /> y' under the provisions of the Mashpee Zoning .Bylaw. <br /> rl <br /> parcels and the Lot ace Mr. McGrath indicated the open s <br /> _ p P <br /> ! parcels.
