Jacobson Senior Center, ' <br /> aoo Great Neck Road North, Mashpee, Massachusetts at 6:37 p.m. � <br /> on Wednesday, February 19, 1997, by the Nice chairman, Patrick " <br /> i <br /> Coffey. <br /> Planning Board Members present: Patrick Coffey, Vice � <br /> Chairman; Martine Me i j Bring, Clerk; Dennis Bal zarini and. <br /> Robert Govoni. <br /> Also present: Eric Smith Assistant Town Planner.. ��0 <br /> p � <br /> + �h <br /> Approval Not Required. Plans s�. <br /> Cape Islands Engineering � <br /> The Nice chairman declared a quorum to be present and. called. <br /> the Meeting to order. As the first order of business he , <br /> recognized David Sanicki, Cape & Islands Engineering. <br /> t� <br /> Mr. Sanicki presented to the Board an Approval Not Required <br /> Plan and Application. Property located at Ashumet Pond, Wheeler <br /> Road. Mr. Sanicki made reference to said Plan, indicating an <br /> existingdwelling that does not meet current Zoning. A new <br /> g g � <br /> dwelling is located on Lot 1. There remain pre-existing <br /> nonconforming lots. An Agreement between the two party owners for A' <br /> an exchange of land has been made in an attempt to meet Zoning ' <br /> required at the time of construction. Mr. Sanicki indicated the <br /> proposed property lines. k <br /> Mr. Sanicki informed the Board of a variance granted by the <br /> Zoning Board of Appeals. <br /> I#! <br /> The Vice Chairman asked about future setbacks of <br /> reconf figured lots; to which Mr. Sanicki answered., 15--foot setback <br /> and side yard, conforming to present Zoning. , <br /> The Vice Chairman further inquired about Lots 1 and 2; Mr. <br /> Sanicki explained Lot 2 is to be annexed to Lot 4; Lot 1 is to be <br /> annexed to Dot 3 . <br /> l <br /> The Vice Chairman clarified that upon signing of the ANR, '' <br /> i <br /> A, <br /> current setbacks would apply. He further stated that it iSre ired the Zonin ANDistrict be noted on the R Plan. �'rId <br /> The Chairman, Anthony Ferragamo, arrived at the Meeting at `4'04o <br /> this point (6:46 p.m. ) and presided over the remainder of the t <br /> Meeting.
