' <br /> Approval Not Required Plans ` <br /> The Trust for Public Lands-Great oak Road/Bufflehead Bay <br /> The Chairman declared aquorum to be present and called the <br /> Meeting to order. He determined there were no changes to the <br /> agenda and as the first order of business recognized Peter Rosen, <br /> Hayes Engineering-, <br /> Mr. Rosen addressed the B �•�oard and explained that in � <br /> anticipation of a conveyance of the Buf f lehead Bay property, <br /> certain Lots were being subdivided in an attempt to divide the <br /> Town' s ownership, <br /> At this point reference was being made to the proposed Plan, <br /> title lines being indicated. Badge Blackett. Trust of Public <br /> Lands, stated the newly created Lots to be B1, B21 Cl, C21 19 and <br /> 20. Lots 19 and 20 being registered land. There is title <br /> insurance on the property as it currently exists. The purpose `a'' <br /> for this being that the Town of Mashpee- -Fish and Wildlife <br /> receive their portions of the land upon completion of the <br /> transaction. <br /> Mr. Rosen explained the Town of Mashpee is to receive Lots <br /> xP p <br /> B11 Cl and 19 . Al , <br /> The Chairman inquired as to Lot 19-Cedar Swamp, to which Mr. 4 _;" ! <br /> Blackett responded it was a lot resulting from a court case. The � <br /> court allowed a deed described as the Cedar Swamp. There is ;,� ' <br /> reference to a right-of-way easement as access to the swamp. <br /> There currently exists a separate title holder for Cedar Swamp <br /> #19 . <br /> In answer to a question put b the Chairman regarding the <br /> � P y g g <br /> creation of lines of ownership, Mr. Blackett pointed out the new <br /> lines of ownership. Reference was made to the "Barrows Claim. " <br /> (There was brief discussion regarding the wording of "not a ���•�r,, <br /> separate building lot/not a buildable lot.
