Mashpee Zoning Minutes <br />Board of Appeals May 26, 2010 <br />Sitting: Robert G. Nelson, Jonathan Furbush, James Reiffarth and Peter Hinden. <br />• Mr. Hinden asked the Board to make a motion authorizing payment of the voucher. <br />Mr. Nelson asked the Board to vote. All were in favor, none opposed. Motion carried. <br />There was a discussion about the recent permit granted to Mashpee Fish and Lobster. <br />Mr. Nelson expressed his frustration that the owner has still not complied with all of the <br />conditions demanded by the ZBA and other town departments. He said that this issue was <br />brought to the attention of the Building Commissioner at a recent Design/Plan Review <br />meeting.
