Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee <br /> Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on May <br /> 21, and May 28, 2010, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> June 9, 2010. The following members of the Board were present and acting <br /> throughout: Board Members Robert G. Nelson, Jonathan Furbush, James <br /> Reiffarth, William Blaisdell, and Associate Member Peter Hinden. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to <br /> the provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 40A §10 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Mr. Michael Dedecko represented the Petitioner and stated that plans call <br /> for the addition of a covered porch to the home on the subject property. The <br /> Board reviewed the newly revised, more detailed plan. <br /> No comments were received from abutters. <br /> GENERAL FINDINGS: <br /> the subject property is located at 23 Porthole Drive and consists of 10,000 <br /> square feet. <br /> r <br />
