Executive Office of Com ities and <br /> Development <br /> Cape Cod Commission <br /> Town of Falmouth , Planning Board v ��� <br /> P <br /> Town of Sandwich , Planning Board <br /> Town of Bourne , Planning Board AUG 27 S" 2 <br /> Town of Barnstable, Planning Board 4_10_5-Pe�p <br /> B <br /> MASHPEE PLANNING BOARD <br /> PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE <br /> Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws , the Mashpee Planning Board <br /> will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday , September 16, 1992 at 7 :00 <br /> p .m. in the Mashpee Town Hall , Great Neck Road North , to- review <br /> four proposed zoning articles for action at the October 5 1992 <br /> Annual Town Meeting as follows : <br /> 1 . An amendment to Section 174-24. C. (6) which would reduce the <br /> minimum time between filing of a special permit application <br /> and the date of the required public hearing by the Planning <br /> Board or Board of Appeals from 45 days to 21 days . <br /> 2 . An amendment to Sections 174-25 .A. and 174-3 . A. which would <br /> allow Bed and Breakfast establishments with up to nine guest <br /> rooms and Bed and Breakfast homes with up to three guest rooms <br /> in the C- 1 , C- 1 -SV , C-1 -0 and C-2 commercial zoning districts <br /> and allow them to be combined with other uses allowed in the <br /> district . <br /> 3 . An amendment to Section 174-26 . D. (3 ) which would exempt <br /> individual lot owners who are building a home for their own <br /> residence and have not received another building permit in <br /> the previous two years from the building permit application <br /> and approval time frames contained in the Growth Management <br /> bylaw. <br /> 4 . An amendment to Sections 174-4 , 174-5 and 174-31 which would <br /> create a " Popponesset Overlay District" and provide that <br /> maximum building height in said district shall be 28 feet and <br /> the maximum number of stories shall be two . <br />
