A minimum of seven (7) copies of <br /> such plans and documentation shall be submitted, along with y`r <br /> any fees which may be established by the Board of Appeals s <br /> for such Plan Review. The applicant shall also transmit by <br /> registered mail a notice of said application to any abutters <br /> (as they appear on the most recent applicable tax assess- r <br /> ment list) within 300 feet of that portion of the structure <br /> or site which is the subject of the Plan Review. <br /> (b) The Building Inspector shall forthwith transmit copies of <br /> such application, plans and documentation to the Health ;r <br /> Agent, Town Planner, Conservation Officer, Fire Chief, <br /> Police Chief and Director of Public Works and shall secure <br /> a receipt from each indicating the date on which said items <br /> were received. <br /> Jithin fourt`en ( ?a; Jays of receiving such 3Cplications, <br /> M ans and .documentation .m :he Building nsoector the <br /> ealth Acent, Town Planner, Ccnservation ,f= ..er, Fire <br /> Chief, Police Chief and Director of Public Works , or their <br /> appointee, shall review said plans to determine whether they <br /> are consistent with applicable State and Town regulations, <br /> by-laws and plans and will not adversely affect public <br /> health or safety, will not significantly decrease surface or <br /> ground water quality or air quality, will not have a <br /> significant adverse impact on wildlife habitat, estuarine <br /> systems, traffic flow, traffic safety, waterways, fisheries, <br /> Public lands or neighboring properties and will not destroy <br /> or disrupt any species listed as rare, endangered or threat- <br /> ened by the Massachusetts Natural Heritage Program or any <br /> known historic or archaeologic site. A determination shall <br /> be made by each of the above officers regarding those items <br /> related to their field of expertise and they shall submit a <br /> recommendation based on those items to the Building Inspect- ` :-` <br /> or that the application may be approved, that the applica- <br /> tion may be approved subject to certain specified conditions <br /> o - 2 <br /> 1 <br />
