The original request for Board certification of <br /> Modifications to Conditions have been revised to reflect a <br /> - general statement that the Permit is In conformance. <br /> 4 .J Attorney Ward made reference to Condition #19, as it refers <br /> to the wastewater Treatment/water Plant. He will be submitting <br /> certifications at the next Hearing, as well as information on the <br /> Am ' procedure for future notifications. <br /> ,ally <br /> r � <br /> Mr. Dawley interjected that Condition #19 requires the <br /> permit owner to submit as-built plans of the water and sewer <br />} ' systems, and engineer certifications of conformance with the <br /> original plans and specs, as f iled.
