Town of Mashpee <br /> Planning Board IJ <br /> Minutes of Meeting <br /> October 15, 1997 <br /> The Town of Mashpee Planning Board Meeting was called to <br /> order in Conference Room #1, Mashpee Town Hall, 15 Great Neck �� <br /> Road North. Mashpee, Massachusetts at 6-35 p.m. on Wednesday, <br /> October 15, 1997 . The Chairman, Patrick Coffey, presided. <br /> Planning Board Members present; Patrick Coffey, Chairman; <br /> Dennis Bal zarini, vice Chairman; John Kuchinski, Clerk; and <br /> Chance Reichel, Associate member. �p <br /> Also present: Thomas Fudala, Town Planner; Eric Smith, <br /> Assistant Town Planner; and Charles Rowley, Consulting Engineer <br /> (7 . 05 p.m. ) . <br /> NOTE: Just prior to the official opening of the Meeting, <br /> Associate Member, Chance Reichel, was duly sworn into the <br /> position by the Town Clerk, Jane Labute. g , ° <br /> The Chairman declared a quorum to be present and called the <br /> Meeting to order. As the first order of business he recognized <br /> Mr. Bonvie. # <br /> Discussion-Special Permit-Southport Retirement Community <br /> Review Status of Revegetation and Phase II Approval <br /> Mr. Bonvie deferred to Mr. Robert Bradley. Mr. Bradley �� <br /> reported there is currently mutual agreement of a purchase and <br /> sale agreement. He further reported this matter should resolve' <br /> itself next month. The project is anticipated to be in "full <br /> swing" within the next sixty (60) days. <br /> Mr. Bradley requested from the Board a sixty (6 0) day <br /> extension. <br /> In response to a question put by the Chairman regarding the � r.y <br /> status of project, Mr. Bradley answered, "Stagnant, at best. " � <br /> The Town Planner pointed out that due to the fact the sixty , <br /> (60) day extension period as requested, would fall during the <br /> winter months, revegetation efforts would be futile. <br /> r <br /> Mr. Bonvie interjected the purpose of the request is to <br /> provide a status report. <br /> The Chairman suggested a ninety (90) day extension, with the <br /> understanding if there is somethingto report to the Board in the <br /> i <br /> nterim, Mr. Bonvie would do so. This matter to be scheduled for <br /> the January21 1998 Planning Board Meeting, with an extension a#N � <br /> g <br /> date to January 23, 1998 . Board Members were in agreement with <br />
