r r <br /> Town of Mashpee <br /> Planning Board <br /> Minutes of Meeting <br /> November 19, 1997 <br /> The Town of Mashpee Planning Board Meeting was called to <br /> order in conference Room ##1, Mashpee Town Hall, 15 Great Neck <br /> Road North, Mashpee, Massachusetts at 5:35 p.m. on Wednesday, <br /> November 19, 1997 . The Chairman, Patrick Coffey, presided. <br /> Planning Board Members present: Patrick Coffey, Chairman; <br /> Dennis Balzarini, vice Chairman; John Kuchinski, Clerk; and <br /> Chance Reichel, Associate Member. <br /> Also present: Thomas Fudala, Town Planner; Eric Smith, <br /> Assistant Town Planner; and Charles Rowley, Consulting Engineer <br /> 6. 58 p.m. ) . <br /> The Chairman declared a quorum to be present and called the <br /> Meeting to order. As the first order of business he called the <br /> matter of Camlin Realty Trust. <br /> Release of Covenant <br /> Camlin Realty Trust - Amy Brown Road <br /> '7A i <br /> Attorney Karrine and Stan Lincoln appeared before the Board. <br /> There was discussion among Board Members regarding their findings : <br /> and observations as a result of individual on--site inspections of <br /> the property. Y: <br /> The chairman noted original discussions in this matter; <br /> a total of two (2) Lots for development; over 1, 000 feet of <br /> road has been groomed, including asphalt shoulder; although <br /> improvements have been made, the road maintains its character, ' <br /> which was an original request of abutters. He further stated <br /> said improvements appeared adequate to the standards agreed upon ; <br /> between the Board and Applicant. <br /> John Kuchinski expressed concern regarding overhead � <br /> clearance/safety issues raised by the Mashpee Fire Department. }` <br /> (The Chairman pointed out reasonable passage for concrete and <br /> delivery trucks had been made. ) <br /> Dennis Balzarini commented the crown appears to be steep <br /> P �. <br /> in certain areas, which could pose water/run off problems. <br /> Otherwise, he feels the original agreed upon standards have been <br /> adequately met, and that the paved area is an asset/improvement ; =, <br /> to the road.
