The Board opened the public hearing on Krock's <br />applications on January 28, 2009, and the matters were <br />continued to February 11, 2009. <br />15. At the hearing on February 11, 2009, the Board voted <br />unanimously to deny the special permit and variance. <br />16. The Board filed with the Mashpee Town Clerk its <br />written decisions denying the special permit and <br />variance on February 24, 2009. A certified copy.of <br />the decision denying the special permit is attached <br />• hereto as Exhibit A, and a certified copy of the <br />decision denying the variance is attached hereto as <br />Exhibit B. <br />17. The special permit decision contains no findings to <br />support the conclusion that the proposed project would <br />be more detrimental to the area as proposed. <br />18. The variance decision contains no findings with <br />respect to the criteria for a variance. <br />19. The proposed new dwelling would be consistent with the <br />character and size of the homes in the neighborhood, <br />which are situated on similarly undersized lots. <br />
