The pool will be removed when the said autistic child Taylor Proulx , son of <br /> applicant no longer resides in that residence. <br /> 6. Reference points must be established on the side lines of Hamblin Road <br /> outside of the construction area . The apron of the pool may not be on <br /> Hamblin Road. The fence along Hamblin Road must be on the street line or <br /> on private property. <br /> 7. Variance shall be recorded with the Registry of Deeds before construction <br /> may begin. <br /> In view of the foregoing, the Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals found that the <br /> applicant met the criteria necessary for the granting of a Variance. Upon motion duly <br /> made and seconded, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously on March 25, 2009 <br /> to grant a 35.9 foot variance.
