Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on March 6, 2009 and March <br /> 13, 2009, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on Wednesday, March 25, 2009, on the Petition at the <br /> Mashpee Town Hall on Wednesday, at which time the following members of the Zoning <br /> Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Robert Nelson, Jonathan Furbush, <br /> Peter Hinden and John Dorsey. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A, Section 10 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Stephen Petrucci represents himself at this hearing. He is seeking a variance since <br /> he cannot meet the requirement of 50 feet to the coastal bank in order to build a porch <br /> and a deck. Conservation Commission has approved the matter. The Board discusses the <br /> plans with the applicant. Mr. Furbush mentions that there is only one driveway allowed <br /> on each property. After further review of the plans, Peter Hinden makes a motion to <br /> grant a 30 foot variance to the wetlands6g.e V D&s " 4eCO1 s the motion. All agree. So <br /> moved. <br />
