Mashpee Zoning <br />• Board of Appeals Minutes <br />G March 25, 2009 <br />Attorney McElhinney explains to the Board that everything <br />Willowbend has built thus far has complied with zoning since <br />the 1985 special permit was granted. Willowbend could <br />build far more units and it would not be as attractive as they <br />are proposing. The taxes produced to the town from <br />Willowbend are over $250,000 annually. <br />Norma Lvons — 33 Cranberry Ridge Road: she believes <br />that a hardship has not been brought forth at all. <br />Mr. Nelson mentions that having the Fire Chief sign off <br />on this matter was vitally important to his decision process. <br />He asks Mr. McElhinney should the board grant this relief <br />that they make every effort to reduce the height where ever <br />. they can shave some space off. Mr. McElhinney and Mr. <br />Mattson agree that they will make every effort to <br />accommodate that request. <br />After further discussion and review of the plans, Robert <br />Nelson makes a motion to grant a 4 foot height variance for <br />the condominium complexes proposed at 19 Simons Road. <br />John Dorsey seconds the motion.
