Mashpee Zoning <br />Board of Appeals Minutes <br />• 1 June 24, 2009 <br />Zoning Board of Appeals <br />Minutes — Wednesday, June 24, 2009 <br />The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals held a Public Hearing <br />on Wednesday, June 24, 2009 at the Mashpee Town Hall. <br />Board Members Robert Nelson, John Dorsey, Jonathan <br />Furbush, James Reiffarth and William Blaisdell were present. <br />Alternate member Peter Hinden was absent. <br />Robert Nelson opened the hearing at 7:00 p.m. <br />Robert Nelson informs the Board that they need to make a motion/vote to signe <br />the Amended Variance and Amended Special Permit in the Krock Matter that is <br />pending in Court. All the members have had a chance to review the new <br />• document from Town Counsel — they agree to sign it as written. Robert Nelson <br />makes a motion to sign/submit the Amended Variance and Amended Special <br />Permit. Jonathan Furbush seconds the motion. All agree. So moved.
