Upon motion <br /> duly made and seconded, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously on July 8, <br /> 2009 to grant a Modification to the Special Permit on the subject property. This <br /> Modification is conditioned upon compliance with plans from Holmes and McGrath, Inc., <br /> Job No. 209043, dated June 15, 2009. <br />
