Town of Mashpee <br />16 Great Xeck Road Noah <br />Mashpee, Massachusetts 02649 <br />MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS NOTICE <br />The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals will hold Public Hearings on <br />Wednesday, July 8, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. (upstairs, Conference Room #1) at the <br />Mashpee Town Hall, 16 Great Neck Road, North on the following matters: <br />NEW PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />Vi/ Community Health Center of Cave Cod: Requests a Modification of a Special <br />Permit (SP -06-54) filed under Sections 174-24 (C 2) and 174-25 D (2) with reference to <br />174-38 for parking specifications and for the construction and maintenance of <br />approximately a 31,750 square foot of driveway modification and additional parking on <br />the lower undeveloped portion of the property. The proposed development shall include <br />the construction of a connecting driveway between the parking lots, reconfiguration of <br />the existing parking lot, drainage and all excavation, grading and landscaping associated <br />with the work. The project will eliminate the use of parking on the shoulder of <br />Commercial Street. The project is located in an I-1 zoning district at 107 Commercial <br />Street (Map 81 Parcel 129 & 18) Mashpee, MA. Owner of Record: Town of Mashoee <br />,,/Ralvh Marcelli: Requests a Variance from Sections 174-31 and 174-32 both for a <br />frontage variance and a variance from the required fire access of 150 feet to deem lot <br />l• buildable on property located in an R-5 zoning district at 29 Melissa Avenue (Map 21 <br />Parcel 12) Mashpee, Ma. <br />Plans may be viewed prior to the hearings in the office of the Town Clerk <br />Per Order of: Robert G.
