Mashpee Zoning
Board of Appeals Minutes
3 August 12, 2009
hearing but will have his son Christopher Kirrane present for representation on
the matter. This is acceptable to all parties. The matter is continued until
August 26, 2009.
Other Business:
✓ A potentially interested new member submitted a letter of interest and her
resume. Mr. Nelson attempted to contact her twice to no avail. There is
nothing we can do unless she calls us back.
✓ Lori Corsi asks the Board about a potential variance request for a pool on
40 Taurus Road — next door to Mr. Weinstein with his pool issue. The
resident wanted to know if he had any chance at all to have the board
hear his application. Mr. Nelson said he would be treated on an individual
basis just as everyone else is and that Mr. Weinstein's issue was
something totally different.
✓ Mr. Nelson mentions that Ernie Virgilio has a potential tenant in Mr.
Talanian's new building on Route 28 (the old liquor store). He intended to
sit before the board to see if there is a possibility of a restaurant being
able to go in there. He was unable to get permission from the potential
tenant to release the name of the store nor the permission from Mr.
Talanian. He will be back when he gets this.
Robert Nelson moves to go into Executive Session and takes a roll call vote
Bill Blaisdell makes note of his address — Box 389, Mashpee, MA.
Peter Hinden makes note of his new address — 131 Shore Drive, Mashpee, Ma.
John Dorsey makes a motion to adjourn the hearing. James Reiffarth seconds
the motion. All agree.
Hearing is adjourned at 9:00 p.m.
Re ctfully sub '7
d,
Lori Corsi
Office Mgr. ZBA
