Any appeals shall be made pursuant to <br />Section 17 of the Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A within twenty <br />(20) days after the date of said filing. <br />This Decision is effective when a Certified Copy is filed at the Registry of <br />Deeds, A Certified Copy may be obtained from the Town Clerk after the <br />expiration of the 20-day Appeal period.
